Pre-registration


Welcome to our Girl's Program Pre-registration for the 2010-11 season!

So, for this season, we ask all players to register with the online registration form below and pay by cheque mailed with a signed copy of the online registration which will be emailed to you after you complete the below online form.  Proof of age is required for all players who do not have a BCSA ID number so you need to furnish a copy of Proof of Age (Birth Certificate, Passport & etc). 

Please note that your position on a team is not guaranteed and your registration is not completed until payment along with a signed copy of the online form that was Emailed to you and Proof of Age (if needed) is received by the Club.

Player Fees -

With uncertainty as to funding this coming year we have had no choice but to raise fees. The fee structure for 2010-2011 is set out below:

$100. Micro (U6/U5)
$175. Mini (U7-U10)
$200. Super 8's (U11-U12)
$250. Divisional (U130U18)
$50. Non-volunteer fee

Player Placement Request -

Play with a friend.  Fill in the Player Placement box with a name of a friend.  We will try to place friends together.

Volunteering Fee -

Many parents tell us they do not have time to volunteer.  Unfortunately, a club like VGSC is labour intensive.  If parents do not want to volunteer to help run the club, then the club must hire people to do that work.  Hence the fee for those parents who would choose to pay a small fee rather than volunteer.  

The VGSC believes that every girl should have the opportunity to play soccer, regardless of financial means. For confidential information regarding financial assistance, please contact Kidsport or our Registrar.

Mail the Player Registration Form you recieve after completing the online form along with a a cheque for the appropiate amount and Proof of Age (if needed) to VGSC, 1202 W Pender St, #17534, Vancouver, BC V6E 2S8 

Note -

BCSA Player ID# - for new players to VGSC U12-18 teams this season should get their ID# from their last club. ID#'s do not change from U11-18 and each player should record their ID# as it is their membership #. VGSA players if they don't know their ID# they can get it from their last season VGSC coach or fill in the online form with N/A

Proof Of Age (POA) - for new players to U11 teams or the VGSC, a registration form must include a POA. This can be a photocopy of their Passport bearers page, birth certificate, Canadian citizenship certificate/card. Attache POA to registration form and fill in the online form with what you are sending.

Picture (Pic) - for new players to VGSC U12-18 teams, attach a passport size picture to their registration form.

Your completed Pre-registration Form is only valid after you press "Verify", see "Confirmation" page and get your Pre-registration Form in a Email. This form, check and the required attachments is the one you send into the club.
